Default What's up SW bros!

Hi all. I was hear years ago. Competitive in powerlifting, and did a couple bb shows. Broke my neck a few years back, and had several spinal injuries since. Was once 5'5", at 195, and 6%bf. Now 5'5", 260, and god only knows what bf!! Decided enough is enough, and planning to kick in some cardio, 5X a week, and thinking of some T3, and prob an OTC fat burner. I'm a little hesitant on clen, as heavy as I am. I know my BP is up, and don't wanna push it to much. Was thinking of adding a lower dose of winny to help get some of the blubber off. My hopes are to get some weight off, and hopefully the neck, and upper back problems will improve. Would love to one day get up on the stage again, but right now, that is a LONG term goal. Short term is get back in respectable shape, and eventually work back into hitting the weights. Hoping to meet some good bros, and get some support in my uphill battle. Would enjoy talking with anybody who has gone through something similar. Right now it is just great to be getting back into the swing of things, and reading posts drueling over lists etc. Hope all is well with you all.

Hey man,
Welcome and will be interested to see how how things go as you get back into everything.
Would also be interested in hearing about how you got the injury.

Welcome back bro. I feel your pain I crushed 4 vertabrae a few years back and Im still not the same. You should run a low dose of decca to help ease your way back in. By the way, you were freakin jacked at 5'5 195lbs....

Welcome back bro. Nice to see you taking the first step to get back into it...It's always hardest at the beginning but you will get back into a groove. Just hang in there.

Diet is your main source of fat burning. If BP is an issue then you're best off staying away from the fat burners.

dude glad to have u back.. first off dont bother with the winnie , it wont do what u want it to do... next with those injuries any cycle u do has to have deca even if its in low doses....next i wouldnt mix OTC while taking t-3, u can have bad interactions , but thats just my opinion... ya and ur right i would not do clen just yet.. but i would do this, start with ur diet and cardio, give it like 6 weeks of that and allow what u can get off naturally, and then switch up ur routine and then throw the t-3 in there.....and then if ur goona cycle it shoould be at the beginning of ur t-3 so it doesnt make u catabolic...... with that said good luck with ur journey

Thanks for all the replies, encouragement, and advise guys. It all helps. I do plan to stay clean for some time, before getting on anything. I also have though heavily about the decca, and based on the feedback here, I will likely put in the plans. As for how it happened, all I can really say at this point, is it wasn't related to lifting in the least. There are reasons I can't get into it at this point, but I will when the time is right. Sorry for the mystery on that one, but I do have my reasons.

Thanks for the reply bro. I shattered a couple myself, with a slew of problems that followed. Thanks for the compliment. Busted my ass for about 16 years to get to that point.

Thanks for the advice bro. Not doubting you in the least, but what kind of interactions are you speaking of? I never mixed them myself, was just a thought. Your advice is highly appreciated

Agreed, and thanks for the input. Guess I am just anxious to see some results. Health is more important though.

i ve taken all type of otc supplements, and some have a ton of caffeine and other stimulants.... alot of roids and especially t-3 can make ur body sensitive to stimulants and nice i passed out at the gym with 100 pound dumbbells and broke a toe... that was a mess.... but there many little problems and some big that can happen.. feel free to use otc supp. after u se the t-3 give it like 6-7 days in between eachother.... make sure that u get as much as possible naturally because it will allow more weight loss without plateauing..... to start with take like 1000mgs of L-Glutamine.... it helps with the deep brown fat cells which are the hardest to get rid of ... take it like 30 mins before u workout....... its good stuff no stimulents

Hey Bro, I sympathize with ya...

I broke my neck in a car accident back in 2000 and it took me a LONG time to get back on the horse...

After 6 months of therapy, doctor's visits, etc. I actually got back into the best shape of my life... I ran a cycle of Dbol and Sustanon 250 and put 40lbs back on... Some of the weight I gained back was purely because I was so far under my natural bodyweight because of the injury, but it felt awesome to get back to where I was before the accident. The hardest thing to accept was humility. Everytime I was at the gym (especially at 1st) with 25's on the bar I couldn't help but think of the days of benching 385lbs, but you just have to get past that and accept where you're at in the present and not worry about what everyone else thinks (which can be very hard for bodybuilders, who are probably the most self consious people I've ever met).

Anyway, best of luck getting back to "normal", whatever that is...

Again, for what it's worth, the most important thing is to forget about trying to be "who you once were" because it's much easier to get back than you think. The amount of weight you're pushing doesn't matter and what other people think doesn't matter either... Just take it a day at a time and you'll be shocked at how quickly you'll be back on top of the world.

Take care bro...
