I am a 35 year old gym rat that is getting ready to start a 12th cycle. In the past few cycles I have been plagued with injuries such as tennis elbow ( I don't even play tennis) when coming off cycles. I have a pretty small frame being 5'2", but I pack around 180 lbs. of muscle on it. I am strong as an ox and my motto is "lift heavy,lift heavy, lift heavy." I do a lot of stretching for my martial arts. That helps a lot. I highly recommend any martial arts training for relaxation and temper control for those that suffer from 'roid rage. The main reason for joining this sight is to find some tips for keeping my gains on off cycle. I usually take clomid, but I have never been certain on when to start and how much to take. I would appreciate a step by step.

Nice to see you here on the Board...
There have been a few minor (and irritable) server problems with the site as of late but these are being worked on and things will be up and running normal again as Admin has advised...As a result, some of the older and Archived Greats posts are scattered between this server and the regular server...Unfortunately, some of the posts on PCT aren't on this server but will be all placed together when things get up and running again...
What cycles have you done in the past and run PCT on?
