Intro
I'll post some cycles I've taken.
Right now, I'm 6'3", about 245, probably about 11-12%.
Because of my current situation, I only workout approx 3 times a week, and only have access to a gym once a week. So as you probably guessed, my getting big days, and heavy lifting days are over.
The biggest I ever got was about 260 at around 13-14%. I kept going up year after year, but with my situation, I don't have the time, or the place to workout full time, or commit to it 100%. I am fine with that. Bodybuilding, or getting as big as you can takes a lot of commitment. So I quit trying to get big after the winter I hit 260.
Steroids, hard work, and most importantly proper nutrition built me a good base in my late teens, early 20s. This allows me now, with a good diet, to maintain most of what I have, and still get lean.
For the most part, I keep my cycles simple. I did one extremely advanced cycle, created by Author L Rea, (Chemical Muscle Enhancement), but a couple weeks in I started getting itchy nippes, and a lump, and I couldn't figure out from what. I slowly dropped one chemical after another, until I was off pretty much everything. Even two weeks after, I still had itchy nipples.
I will post some of the cycles I have taken, some are not for beginners.
