whats up its been about 6 yr since my last cycle i gain some weight and lost alot of strength i was on dec and anadr at 5ft 2in 198lbs 14%bf and a incline bench at 415lbs now im still 198lbs and 25%bf and incline bench 300 time to get back into it alot has change in 6yr any adv.

my goals are to not lose any size but to lose this gut and get my strength back i would like to be at 205lbs with 14%bf im thinking bulk up to 215 220 to get my strenth back then cut up im thinking a sustanon deca stack to start with whats a good cut cycle to do after the sus deca i can put the weight on easy taking it off is the prob

maybe before you cycle,work your gut off some what.get to where your comfortable.i would run test 500 mg wk for 1st cycle.8-10 WKS.MAKE SURE YOU DO A PCT AFTER CYCLE!!!

like my patriots my computer shit the bed as well. Got it fixed and going strong. Right now just started back up 2 weeks ago, doing EQ at 600 mg a week, plus 500 mg of test sust 250 and 200 mg of test prop (left over from my last cycle) I also have Deca left over from tthe last one, but I should just save it for later on down the road. Right? Everyone get out all your pats 18 and one jokes as well. I can handle it now its been a while, worst SB ever, fuck the giants

Hey Guys,my name is Paddy:
I've been with SW for a short time, but I find the sight to be very informative and well put together. I haven't used any gear in about (6) years, but I'm ready to jump back in. I'm 40 years old, 5'11", 248 lbs. I have a little body fat, but I'm just a big boned Irish Guy. Good family genetics, my dad and his brother are pretty big guys naturally. I've been considering doing a cycle of ( sust 250,deca,d-bol ), and supplement it with HGH. I've used the first three a few times in the past with good results, but I never did HGH. I was hoping someone could help me out with which kind of HGH I should use, how much to use, and how often to do it. Any input would be appreciated, and also if you think the above (3) things would go good with it. I've never done PCT either, and I could use some advice there as well. Thanx alot, this site rocks. |

The best thing one can do is to stay in the gym!. I know this myself being
away after steadily lifting seriously from 16 to 38 years of age.The best medicine for mind and body.I still have a good foundation to build on thanks to sound advice from some of the best in the sport.Just wanted to say Its good to be back.
