hello,
nickname Camden. I'm 5'11 185, and i usually cycle anavar and winny (oral). i go for the lean look. i have been sussessful and happy with what i have taken, eating right, and 5 days a week at the gym. in my 30's, so i dont feel comfortable asking around. i havent cycled in over a yr due to lack of supply. my supplier is no more, and i dont know of any sites to trust. help ! |

Hello everyone. I'm here for some advice and what not. I am 6' 3", 245 lbs. I have messed around with prohormones a couple years back and loved the strength and mass gains but then went through some personal shit and lost everything. I want to get back to where I was at and am wanting to get my foot in the door. thanks.

My goal is pretty simple. I was a powerhouse nose tackle in high school but then suffered a knee injury right before graduating, and a shoulder injury over that summer while training for an mma fight. I was playing at a division 2 school this year but the program that I am in is a failing one and no one respects this place. I am transferring to a D 1 school which means I have to sit out a year regardless but I want to impress during that off year and want to drop some jaws. Im getting surgery this summer so I need to catch back up and pass my old records in a jiffy after the surgery. I have been looking into gear for a long time just don't have any connections so I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. I have no idea how to get on the v.i.p boards ans thanks for the warm welcome. no homo.

I'm UAChad, better known as Mighty Mouse (go figure), hailing from Alabama
I'm 5'6", 185, with 18% body fat. I've been lifting for about 12 years (off and on). I'm a former soldier, football player, and soccer player, so I've been in a variety of training programs and body states. Right now, I'm just trying to get the "fitness model" look as opposed to the hardcore, striated bodybuilder look. My gear usage is fairly limited. A little in college after I quit playing sports. D-Bol and Var, with a Nolvadex/Clomid/Liv 52 PCT (Judging from reading the board I am DEFINITELY a novice) DB Bench Press and Bent BB Row are my favorite exercises, and for a guy my size, I have a fairly decent deadlift max at 365 |

Hey guys. Was on the board about a year ago, you guys really helped me out with some sound direction as that was my first cycle. Happy to say that I've maintained a lot of the gains from that cycle. Just relocated to a new city so my diet has been crappy for the last 4-6 weeks, but ready to get back on track with diet and exercise. Looking to get in again, with a cutting cycle.
I'm currently 6'2", 270lbs, though I'm looking to get down to around 245-250. Primarily looking to cut and build some stronger definition, particularly in my core, including thighs. Still hitting the gym 5-6 times a week, getting in 2 1/2-3 hr sessions each time. 45-60 minutes of cardio daily 3-4 sets of ab work daily using gym 5 different gym machines to work abs Weights I'm alternating on 3 day cycles, working in circuits Day 1 Chest Bench 3 sets 15 Inclines 3 sets 15 Declines 3 sets 15 Chest Flyes 3 sets 20 pullover machine 3 sets 20 wood choppers H-L 3 sets 20 Day 2 Arms/Back Low row 3 sets 15 high row 3 sets 15 shoulder press 3 sets 15 woodchopper L-H 3 sets 20 Pulldowns 3 sets 15 Curls 3 sets 15 Tricep extensions 3 sets 15 Day 3 Legs Leg extensions 3 sets 20 (single leg, 20 each) Leg Curls 3 sets 20 Leg Press 3 sets 20 calf raises 3 sets 20 abductors In 3 set 25 abductors out 3 sets 25 Thigh Blaster machine 3 sets 15 Days 4-6 repeat days 1-3. If I get in 7th day cardio only. |

Hello, Im new here so i wanted to let everyone know a little bit about myself. Ive been training for 18 years (13 yrs all natural) and have done a couple of cypinate cycles in that time.Nothing major. I am 5' 10" and weigh 215lbs at 15% bf. I have not done a cycle in years now so i consider myself new to it all. Thanks for any kind of help.

Hi I use to be a part of this board about 7 years ago.I am from the midwest I have about 10 years of AAS use I am 5'10'' 215 pounds and 8% bodyfat I am over here cause this is where some of the best sources use to be and hope it is still the same.....I am getting ready to start my spring cycle after x-mas that will consist of:
wk 1-12 primo 600mg a wk wk 1-12 100mg of test prop ed wk 7-12 50mg winny ed last 6 weeks clen and t-3 cycle hoping to add about 10 to 15 pounds and keep my body fat low...sorry guys stopped all my power lifting when I had back and shoulder surgery and the wife said no more....said if want to use aas and she lets me it will be to keep me lean lol so i had to listen lol...take care fellas and good to be back... |

Hello to whomever reads this. I came to this place on referal and am glad to find some enthusiasts such as myself. im new to this place and have tried regular bulking cycles in the past with good success. now im at 150 lbs at 6 ft tall. not sure my body % but i can tell you im tall and lean so bulking up is what im out to do. mainly strength but wouldnt mind getting to 185lbs one day. any adv from anyone out there?
