Default hi everybody

I always pictured myself looking like captain america by this point in my life but my genetics had a different plan. Currently I'm 6'0" 192 lbs thats 20 pounds heavier then when i started working out 5 years ago. I've tried all the supplements but always felt ripped off in the end. I got a bottle of winnie 3 years back but lacked the proper education, all i noticed from it was shrunken testes. I love going to mexico been there 4 times, last time i bought some deca but pussied out cuz i just didnt know what i was doing. The more i learn, the better i feel about my decision to start a cycle and to do it properly. I hope to gain 20 - 40 pounds of lean mass any suggestions much appreciated.

Welcome man!! This is an awesome forum to be in and lots a great bros here.

Most of the guys here are are going to suggest that your first cycle be a testosterone enanthate or Test cypionate only cycle at 500mgs/wk. for 10-12 weeks. Possibly adding an oral like dbol or anavar for the first 4 weeks. It seems to be the norm for a beginner cycle. Esp. since you want to gain 20-40 lbs of mass.

You could just do the test without any orals. But you won't notice any real gains until the 5th or 6th week with these tests.

As far as Pct goes, check out the Anthony Roberts PCT thread and if followed correctly can't go wrong with that Pct. That seems to be the safest. There is also the standard 22 day nolvadex and clomid cycle. Read read read Bro and good luck!!

I think it would be more like your diet and exercise regime is more likely to blame don't you think.........................just change that for the better and you will see results. remember roids will do fuck all for you if you dont put in the work and dedication .

welcome to SW bro, figure out what you want, bulk or cut..pick one get a goal, adjust diet acordingly and boom, your cycle will have much better results..goodluck

be prepared to change things in your life to get your 20 to 40 LBM. I do a 3 day on 2 day off which seems to work well for me. And you have to eat something every two to three hours. Once you start doing this your appetite should increase.

Welcome ryan7967! I suggest you aim for gaining in 10 pound increments. This is a manageable goal. The first 10 are the easiest to gain and the easiest to lose if you don't maintaint the lifestyle. Just my opinion. CD

ya my 20 - 40 goal is long term, im thinking of doin sust 10weeks and dbol 5 of those weeks im just comparing sources and tryin to get one from canada, but if not i'll just cross my fingers i geuss, what's that quote about failure?lol thanx guys feedback is much appreciated.
