NOOB... needing advice
Hi guys, this is my first time using a site like this so ill do my best and all the help is appreciated greatly.
im 6ft, 196lbs
working out for only a 3 solid years. not sure my body fat but its up there
last cycle was a cutting and i did tren, mesterlone, and boldenon
worked out great but then had knee surgery and gain some weight and lost alot of muscle tone
so of course spring break is coming around and im getting back into the swing and really want to bulk up and tone up quickly. as well as trying to lose some of my belly fat with a better diet
also i have purchased from Nosha in the past and there prices are OUTRAGEOUS. my local seller has moved and i have no contact anymore need help from who to purchase and info!!!!
