Default Hi Everyone.

Hey everyone. I am brand new here and i am excited to learn more and more about bodybuilding, nutrition and other things. I recently was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and it is a BITCH! I wake up every morning not being able to breathe and feel every day like i have the flu. Major muscle aches all the time and generally feel very run down everyday. I played college football and have done a handful of cycles mostly consisting of test e and deca. Back then i didnt really have to watch what i eat like i do now. My metabolism has grinded to a hault. I have a few questions for anyone that has some answers. First off i ordered some vitamin b-12 shots and i know it will help quite a bit with my amune system but i have yet to find an article on dosage. I was thinking about sticking myself every 3 days at 1000 mcg to start with and go from there. Any thoughts on this? Also, down the road i would like to start another cycle but until then i need to get my nutrition under control. I have never eaten clean before and i recently have started to keep track of my calories as well as carbs and fats and it looks like im only getting about 1300 to 1500 calories a day and most of it consists of sugar and simple carbs which are terrible for me as i am figuring out and im sure im supposed to be in the 2500 to 3500 range but i cant see myself trying to down that much food. I am 6'1" and way 205 lbs. I approximate my body fat at around 15% but i am not sure. I am not fat but i am not ripped either. I have been lifting religiously for a year now and before that off and on since i was 16 years old. Can anyone tell me or point me to some articles on how to get my nutrition down. Specifics id like to know are how many calories i need to be taking in each day and how those calories are broken down. How many calories of protein, carbs and fats should be in each meal. My goal is to bring my body fat down to 10% before going on my first cycle in over ten years and this time i want my nutrition dialed in perfect. Any help would be greatly appreciated and i look forward to getting to know everyone.
