So, I've been reading on this forum for 3 weeks now, super intrigued and u all seem like good ppl. I'm 25 6'3" and weigh a disgusting 255. Played collegiate football at 225, in great shape and I've let my body go to shit. Ready to live that gym lifestyle again. Recently got an offer on some im winni. That's the reason I started reading here, strictly research. I'm worried about not stacking, and I'm completely ignorant to what I need to b safe, and get results. Would love some advice, I want to cut 30 lbs, but retain lean body mass. All help is received with grace. Looking more for shape than power. Very beginner, hope I'm not disrespecting by asking, but I came to the best. Would love dosage, timetable, diet, workout, and advice on what to come off/ stack with. Much love, and thanx to all that respond.

You don't need to pay and be a vip to get advise and good support. You will be treated fairly and welcome. We have many good members that are not vips and contribute to the board are well respected. VIPs have access to the sources and to the non-open forum. As a non vip you are left out of some of the conversation and you will get some guff if you try to get info on the sources. So don't be discouraged if you wish to stay as a non vip, your still welcome.

I'm no veteran in this whole arena. But i would love some advice on ho to slim down and still retain lean mass, being a naturally big guy, even Wun I was in shape I struggled with keeping the weight off

Its all about diet and excersize, abstain from alcohol and remain disciplined. But you know all of this.

ok, I think your confused into thinking winny burns fat and that if you use winny you will drop fat quicker. This is not true. What burns fat is operating on a caloric deficit with cardio. You need to get your diet dialed in and get into a dedicated cardio routine. By diet dialed in I mean know your protein (g) carb (g) and fat (g) intake on a daily basis. Here is mine:
Cals Fat (g) Carbs (g) Protein (g) 2021 84.7 107.9 233 Total fat, carbs, pro 425.6 Protein % 0.547462406 carbs % 0.253524436 fat % 0.199013158 I weigh all my portions and it takes dedication and committment. Also I do AM fasting cardio every day. Wake up, piss, 36oz ice water then 45 min cardio. If your thinking that you can run a cycle of winny and it will get you shredded, your setting yourself up to be disappointed. Spend some time on getting your diet fixed first.

Great post. Very helpful. Not looking to get shredded, looking to get back to my old running weight while still retaining my muscle mass. Should i get an est. Blocker of some sort, or liver pills? If so which ones?

So, after my research on this kick ass forum I've been doin drob suggestion. Am cardio fasting. Started at 263 down to 255 in 4 days. Prob water, but my fat ass can use anything for motivation. After looking around, seems like the winni is a bad move for me and my first cycle. I'm gonna Vip soon, hopefully get plugged in with u boys. Starting palumbo in 3 days. Need the gf to go shopping. Hahahaha. Thinkin test dbol. Starndard cycle. Any suggestions for me would be appreciated. Much love.

Havnt got a reply in a while. Don't wanna re write the whole thread. In the other category. Drob, your am fasting cardio, how does that interact with palumbo? The morning run is ez for me, I love it. But do I eat after? and if so, still 6 meals? Not enuf time for me! Lol to eat that much. Would love some feedback on the last q. B4 I pay for VIP. Lost almost 12 lbs in a week. Obvi outta shape. show some luv. Also. I'm a pack a day smoker, higher gyno risk? And wat about shaun white? Wat type of problems does that pose with the gear?
