Hey guys, I just joined this forum today. I've been training on and off (mostly on) since i was 16. I'm now 21, and I'm about 5'10'', 160lb, with 8% bf. The reason i joined is that i have trouble packing on as much weight as i would like, although my strength increases normally. I think i probably eat less than i should but i do what i can with my budget. Anyway I am new to the idea of using any supplements besides creatine and protein shakes as well as other bullshit test boosters and what not. recently tried prohormones (halotest 25) with dissapointing results. I was hoping someone could help me find something that can roduce greater and quicker results. If so, please message me. I live in austin, tx.

Well, when I wake up I generally scramble about 5 eggs and eat with a bagel. For lunch I'll have a ham or roast beef sandwich or something of similar nutritional value and dinner is a steak with potatoes and salad or chicken with same sides. I will also eat 2-3 20g protein bars thought the day in between meals and 50g of whey protein isolate with 5g of creatine monohydrate after workout (I work out 5 days a week on average, sometimes even every day, alternating muscle groups). I will have various snacks throughout the day, which are sometimes not so healthy like potatoe chips or ice team. I usually have a snack before bed but I try to make that one healthy (usually fruit or salad or small portion of something high in protein, sometimes a protein bar).
