Bump for stats. Please post

age
diet (be specific)
lift history
Goals

Also I see your a VIP member, so your thinking of running a cycle I assume. At 6 ft 158 lbs you would really need to dial your diet in before you went to the next level. Food is the most anabolic substance on the planet.

Welcome to the board, and post up.

well im soon to be 23. i started lifting about a year ago and all it did was tone what i had and gained only about a pound, kinda a motivation killer after putting the time in and spending money on over eating. im one of those guys who can eat whatever all day and not even see it. i dont have the best diet as far as healthy goes, but the one thing i dont touch now is energy drinks( was getting cronic heart burn from it. i recently finished a sus/primo cycle with 5 days a week gym time and i gained about 20lbs then got hit with the flu hard and lost about 7, im looking at doing a second one sometimish soonish

ok so you cycled at 145 lbs, got up to 165, and then lost 7 bringing you to your current 158lbs. The fact you were 6 ft at 145 lbs and decided to use AAS says your looking for a quick fix. Your current diet supports (big suprise here..) a 6 ft 145 lb man. You will continue to lose your gains from your cycle, and end up back right about 145 lbs.

There is no such thing as a hard gainer 99% of the time, people see the words "hard gainer" and say "thats me!" as they get their yogut and bananna from the fridge for breakfast. Your 6 ft tall and skinny because your diet sucks. There is no other reason.

At 6 ft tall, you should be able to get close to 200 lbs naturally. This takes a proper diet, time, and dedication. Did I mention time? You have been lifting for a year and you wish to look like you have been at this a while. You need to forget all about steroids and invest your time (and money) into feeding your body to grow (because right now your looking anorexic)

Get your diet in order. You need to EAT TO GROW. Here is a good site to start with FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. Free to join.

And do yourself a long term favor and keep away from steroid discussion boards.

hope this helped.

Big Bump! Are you sure you are 158 lbs at 6 foot. I have dated women that had those stats and they were smokin hot!
