Hey im new to sw and wanted to inderdose my self
stats Height: 5' 7" Weight: 216 BF%: 18 Training exp: 8 years 2 1/2 years as a personal trainer steroid exp:NONE im looking to start my first cycle in a month or so. I'm looking for some adviese on whats a good cycle for a beginer my main goal is to cut body fat while keeping the muscle mass i have or evan gaining lean body mass without the fat gain. My diet and training are in check DIET Meal#1 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1/4 cup almonds Meal#2 6oz round eye steak 100 gram cucumber 100 gram broccoli Meal#3 5oz chicken breast 2/3 cup kidney bean 120 gram zucchini 100 gram broccoli Meal#4 6oz chicken brest 120 gram cauliflower 50 gram broccoli post workout 100% whey protein mixed with water and whole apple Meal#5 8 egg whites 50 grams swiss chard 120 grams asparagus 2 tablespoons virgin macadamia oil Meal#6 5 oz fresh wild salmon 120 grams broccoli 3oz avocado before bed casein protein with milk workout 5 days on 2 off for recovery cycle i was looking to run and would like some advise on if its good or what would be better Winstrol 50 mg every other day injected run 6 weeks primo 200 mg a week run 8 weeks clen 3 tabs a day 2 weeks on 2 weeks of run 6 weeks and would anyone recommend running t3 with the clen or just the clen alone. also what would be a good PCT Thanks |

Welcome to SW.
A good starter cycle is test only at 500mg a week. One option is to use test enanthate or cypionate. The longer-acting ester allows for once or twice weekly dosing. The downside is the esters clear your system more slowly. I prefer shorter cycles (6 weeks) using test propionate. The downside to using test prop is it requires more frequent dosing, like every two or three days at most. Also, some brands of test prop are known for being kinda painful to inject. The benefit of the shorter cycle with test prop is you can begin PCT shortly after your last shot, and recovery from short cycles is generally much easier. My most recent PCT (after a 4 week cycle of test prop and masteron) was 20mg aromasin and 25mg nolva for the first two weeks, and 25mg nolva for week three. Recovery was a breeze. About clen, be aware that the side effects can be a pain in the ass for some people. It made my heart beat so damn hard it kept me awake at night, and I would get funky cramps from it. One time after a set of pec flys my abs cramped up and I thought I was going to fold in half. On two occassions I got this weird cramp in my taint for no apparent reason. Bottom line - if you use clen, ramp up slowly, drink a lot of water, and make sure your nutrition is in line (which it sounds like yours is). T3 works well with clen, at least it did for me. I used it on my most recent cycle and managed to put on lean weight while losing fat around my midsection. |

welcome friend. Bump ^^^^. Do your clen in the morning and dose up slowly to avoid the shakes and the problem of keeping you awake. Take a tab first thing in the morning and again at around ten am. T3 is great, the combination will shed fat quickly.
Be sure and post your stats in your profile so that we can see them with each post.. this is important to help people when give advice in the future.

welcome man. lots of good guys here to help you out. and i agree with dro. first cycle should always be like 500mg test per week. you could throw winny in there if you want to.. but again what are your goals? also imo ur first cycle should be a bulker not a cutter.

I agree with everything said here... a couple things I can point out from experience. Steroids in general make me feel awesome, clen and t3 make me feel like complete shit. So careful with that. To me taking clen and t3 is not worth the sides, they don't help 'thhhat' much. While t3 and clen aren't steroids, they are actually more dangerous than most steroids.
Good luck bro and welcome. Also don't run three steroids in your first cycle your body wont know what the fuck is going on. 500 mg of test c or e a week will get you some awesome results. Run anavar, winni, or dbol for the first four weeks while you wait for the test to kick in if you want

IMO your first goal would be to cut down to the 10-12% range thru diet and cardio FIRST before you jump on the AAS bus. Hope this helps
