Default New guy here

Hey guys, I am new here but not to the game. Current stats

age 48
5 ft 7
210 lbs
18% (currently cutting)
Lifting for 15 years
current diet attached
goal 212 lbs at 12% by March 12th (I pulled that date out of my ass, I like the way it sounds)

I dont compete, I have no desire to. I am a member of promuscle, anasci, and aliboard. I have run test e, cyp and prop, deca, NPP, tren ace, EQ, and taken dbol, abombs and anavar.

This summer I went through some things in my personal life that pulled me out of the gym for about 4 months. Before that I was 205 at about 12%. I have been back at the gym for about 2 months. Amazing how quick I gained fat and lost strength, but I have come a long way in 2 months

I run TRT when not on cycle. My next cycle will be

week 1-16 prop 150 mg EOD
week 1-12 NPP 100 mg EOD
week 8-16 var 100mg ED

My theory on AAS is that without proper diet, training and rest, gear is a waste. Also more is not better. First cycle test only. Diet diet diet, your diet must be solid and clean.

I hope I can add to the board here, and as always continue learning.

EDIT: Also I am looking into running CJC-1295 and GHRP-2 with my next cycle (never ran peptides before), and was doing some research on them and came across this site. So if you have run CJC-1295 and or GHRP-2 I would like to hear about your dosing protocol, results, sides etc

Thanks. I have worked hard at this for a number of years. I didnt touch steroids until I was over 40, initially I was against them. I wasted thousands (literally) on all that crap at GNC and got no results so I took the plunge. Never looked back...lol

Initially I didnt tell my wife (shes a nurse) I was going to go on cycle. I bought "on cycle" and "off cycle" from GNC and threw it away a little at a time, told her I was taking that. She thought the stuff was amazing. Then one day I came home from work and she had all my gear out on the kitchen table. uh-oh. Needless to say I was on the couch for a bit. But I showed her the bryant gumble video and she looked around on line and came around. I get my bloodwork done yearly (my doc knows I am on) and all my levels are within range. And...she likes the added benefit of my fucking her like a 25 year old that can last...haha.

I have been looking around here. its a solid board. and I found this thread re CJC-1295 and GHRP-2. A good read.

My GHRP-2 CJC-1295 thread

Also I attached my current diet. I tweaked it a bit since, upped the protein to 240 g, but it can give you a point of reference. I take my diet seriously, its one of the most over looked things. So many people think gains are gear driven and they dont have the diet to support or maintain growth.

Wow man that looks like a cutting diet. I would lose mass if I ate less than 2000 calories

Laugh at me if you must but this is a typical heavey eating day for me when I bulk
6:00 am 3 egg ham and cheese olmlet. bowl oatmeal with berris protien shake.
8:00 Am waffle 4 eggs and bacon, muffin with egg cheese and ham, 2 glasses of milk, protien shake.
10:00 big plate of biscets and gravey and four pieces of bacon. pancake. two glasses of milk
12:00 spaghetty and meat balls, french bread with, jello, plate of pasta and potato salad. Pepsi.
2:00 Ice cream cone and cheese burger.
5.00 full delux pizza and two pepsies. protien shake.
7:00 bowl of fruit and cottage cheese.
9:00 protien shake and cherrios. hit the sack.
I can't eat like that during the week becuase I have to work, my work is very physical. I can't perform at work with a bloated stomach.

That pic was taken on the cape this summerr. As I said in post 1 of this thread I was out of the gym for about 3-4 months starting July this year and lost size and gained fat, so now I am cutting. Been back at the gym 6+ weeks, and have lost fat and I am looking much better. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing.

Once I get to 12-14% I will tweak my diet and push all the macros up to add lean mass.

Sounds good you will have to post some pics when you get to that point.

Life is tough. It's even tougher if you're stupid
Stupidity should be painful

Crawling is acceptable. Falling is acceptable. Puking is acceptable. Tears are acceptable. Pain is acceptable. Injury is acceptable. Quitting is unacceptable

To dominate one must be physically, mentally, and spiritually stronger than their opponent. Then, domination is guaranteed.

Nobody said it was easy. No one ever said it would be this fukin hard either!

If im a danger to myself just think what the fuck I can do to you!
