Hello Everyone!! Its good to finnaly find a home on the web Im 6'0 I weigh 220 I have 28% boddy fat. Bench 315.. Ya ya bitch status around here...

So my fav sneak snack is Zeebra Cakes.. Oh Oh.. I love me some Zeebra Cakes!

So right now im in the middle east i do 4 month tours.. All dirty shit for the goverment.

I cant wait to start posting on cycles, because ive got lots of questions and this will be my first cycle. Ive got two cycles set up and am about to make it happin but i want to know what yall think for sure!

I look forward to bullshittin with yall! Hope everyone here is decent!
