Default My Introduction with a question

What's up everybody,
I'm 47 years old. I've been lifting hard for the past 15 years or so.
I'm 5'11" and weigh 245 pounds. I don't know my body fat % but I would guess it to be around the 20% area.
The past 5 years have been hard on my joints, particularly my shoulders, elbows and wrists and i'm having big problems lifting even low weights during benching and shoulder work. Would love some advice on pain prevention and/or any supplements that would improve these areas.
I've done 2 juicing cycles in the past 3 years and both have showed really great results. The first cycle was a 2 month Winstrol cycle taking approximately 25mg/day. The results from this were awesome in the hardening and strength area and I really liked the cutting action of the supp.
My second cycle was Jan this year with Dbol. The bulking was massive but was highy dissapointed when I ran out and the gains I produced quickly deflated like a balloon which told me that most of it was water gain.
Of the 2 cycles the Winny's were my favorite.
I am not very educated on doing these cycles. I just take an X amount every day and work out. I do add protein shakes during the cycle and sleep well.
Well that's about the extent of my bodybuilding experiences. I want to get back to the gym and get in shape and it's been 6 months or so. The joint pains are keeping me from going back but at least it's better than sitting on the sofa and turning into a marshmellow.
Thanks!

Welcome bro, sound like some learning could help you keep those gains. This is a great place for that though.

4 things I can say.

1. You need some injectable testosterone in those cycles, it really really helps you keep your gains and you will feel better on and after the cycles. Seeing you are 47 you can probably get this from your doctor as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), which you could probably benefit from.

2. You need to add PCT (post cycle therapy to any cycle) this consist of eliminating the estrogen spike after you stop the cycle, with out estrogen your body thinks it is safe to start producing testosterone again, with the estrogen spike your body thinks producing testosterone is a bad idea, because test converts to estrogen.

3. Deca helps joint pain while on cycle... I have never used it though. Some guys even get this prescribes as part of their TRT.

4. At 47, some low doses of human growth hormones could do wonders for you, especially to help keep you lean and feeling good. BUT DON't be fooled by chinese generics, almost all of them are crap.

Welcome, do some searching this forum has the answer to every questions I have ever had about steroids... well almost.

Winny might be hard on the joints. research that.
