What's up Bro's here is my intro.

5'8" 180lbs
14%

For the last 9 years I have been living and working in Shanghai China,
less than a year ago I was sent back to the states for my company,
they call it at promotion but anyone who has ever lived in Shanghai or Hong Kong kow it aint so. Luckily i still travel back and forth to Hong Kong about 6 mos out of the year.

for about 3 years i had unrestricted access to gear, food, gyms, and girls.
Pretty much what everyone dreams about.

anyway i am back now. Glad to come across this forum, i have been in the shadows reading it for a while, Just became a VIP member for obvious reasons.
