Hey guys & gals names mike. I've never done steroids before. I'm 34 yrs old, weigh 210 lbs, 6'. Not looking to stick myself just yet.
I was told I would have better success if I trained and reduced body fat befor I pinned any juice. Don't worry I won't be pm'ing anyone for sources (already got one) I know the deal. I'm starting my diet Monday. Will post everything I eat this week in dieting section if there is one. My goal is to get lean before I start a cycle, then once I do start a cycle, want to be an absolute monster. Cause right now I'm a heaping pile of a mess.
