Well hello everyone at SW!! This place is a gold mine with tons of usefull info very helpfull!! I am looking forward to learning and appying everything i can. My stats i am 5'9 weight is 195 bf around 14-16%. In the past 14 months i have been busting my but to get back in shape, i was pretty bad off 5'9 250 and about 24% bf. I have done good so far but now is time to take it up a few notches.!!! my goal is 230 10% bf.
