Test suspension

I found one other post on this but it's not detailed on how to make it. I'm really not a home brewer with the exception of a fina kit/pellets which I wasn't crazy about..but I was just wondering how you would make suspension. Has anyone made it? Is it just Testosterone Base mixed in bac water? There must be some process to get it to suspend in the water..is that right? I'm seriously lacking in this area and need some help. Thanks.

when I made (if i made it) the powder was too big in granular form

clog my pin this was my sources powder problem, had to grind it down.That was me,the source is out of that field thank god.
