Nolva In Caps "A little advice"

Hey guys have a little trouble in working out the dosage for the nolva that i will be capping very shortly.

I have 10grams of nolva powder, i have gel tabs that are 0 in size.

I would like to dose the Nolva @ 20mg per tab.

How much additive will i need to put with the powder ?

ok i have done steps 123 in that b-real

1. 100 caps wiegh = 10.2grams
2. 100 caps full = 59.2 grams
3. 59.20 - 10.2 = 49grams
4. 49g - 5g = 44g
5. So will need 44 grams of glutimine and 5 grams of Nolva to make a total of 500 caps @ 10mg per cap.

would this be right b-real ?

so if i wanted to make the caps @ 20mg's per cap

i would use 5g nolva and 44 glutamine this would make 250 caps ? (On second thought this would be wrong i wouldn't be able to fit all the powder in would i)

It always seems like alot but thats right. Make sure there's no clumps in the nolva powder, pour the glutamine and nolva in a bag and shake.

but b-real if 5 grams of powder and 44 grams of glut were to do 500 caps surly its not the same if you want to do 250 caps.

May it should be 5 grams of nolva and 22grams of glut ? this would be the correct amount of powder to use ?

I noticed a flaw from the beginning and I apologize. I hadnt finished my morning coffee yet when I read that post lol

If 100 caps take 49 then each pill holds .49 total substance(49/100=.49) so to make 250 caps you need .49x250=122.5. Now subtract the nolva and you have 117.5g glutamine. So 117.5g glut. and 5g nolva makes 250 caps at 20mg
