T3 Powder Reconstitution

Hey guys how does one reconstitute 10 grams t3 powder?
Since 1 gram --> 1000mg --> 1mg --> 1000mcg
I was thinking making it a water solution since mortar and pellet method would be impossible... I need help to figure this out any ideas, comments, much appreciated...

I've never heard of anyone making up their own T3 before, I'd wear a mask cause you could easily breath in a hundred mcg or so... Have you heard of what others use to dissolve it?
