When heating the peg, is it best to heat it in the oven or a hot water bath? If you use the oven what temp? Then how long do you let it cool before adding the 190? Thanks for the help.

Use a hot water bath (I do mine in a electric frypan)

I don't even let it cool before I gradually start adding the alcohol.

Do I heat till the water starts to boil? Do I have to worry about the 190 since its so flameable?

I keep the hot water bath just below a boil the whole time.
