So Ive been brewing my own gear and sterilizing the vials and putting unfiltered gear in them just to hold it.. I use filtered GSO and sterile powders but obviously I want to be as safe as possible and filter at the end aswell.. I was a little backed up on cash and ill be getting the filters that can filter 250-500ML at a time to save myself the hassle...
Question is, does it really matter how long after I brew my gear that I filter it? I dont see how it is effected its only non filtered vs filtered.. But just wana be on the safe side... Thanks in advance...

youll be g2g, once you filter it, but when you do heat the gear up first, it wil filter much easier....

The Millipore Stericup filters do work great, but for valuable stuff like Primo I wouldn't use one again, you lose like 4ml. Even if you add a few ML of oil afterwards it doesn't mean the outer edges of the fliter get flushed, so it's a no-win situation. I just broke out a new one to filter 50ml of Test E and lost a lot of ger in the process

I find I have to run an additional 6ml GSO thru my 150ml stericups to end up with the desired mls finished product. The 6ml does cover the filter but i have to imagine Im still losing some product to the filter. Still love my stericups.
