I placed an order with research supply on monday, I wired the money via western union too. I keep checking to see if they Have picked the money up, but no they have not, they haven't even sent me a confermation e-mail, so my question is are they always this sloppy with thier customers? Itdoesn't take much to send a confermation e-mail, it's not much to ask for is it?

My bad I do apologize, I've been lurking in the background reading through the chemistry section, as I think this is one of the better boards i've found.

I'm from the UK, and i'm intersted in making my own anabolics, as I want to know exactly what i'm putting into my body, as i've been ripped off in the past. Plus if your getting gear from underground labs, you really don't know what's exactly in them too. Plus the cost of making your own is by far cheaper than buying off some dealer.

I like my little projects to keep me busy in my spare time, and this would suit me down to the ground.

I've odered 100g of prop (that's the minimum amount I could get from my china man, so i'm set for a while, lol) that's on route as we speak. I also ordered all the rest of my stuff from from research supply the oils, ba, bb, vials, filters and so on. Why are research supply so sloppy with thier customers? I wired the money via westen union, on monday mailed them with my order numbrt and the MTCN, but they have not even bothered to even mail me with confermation of my order? Another thing too, thier card payment system in not very good at all, I tried two different cards, several time, and it kept saying 'make sure your holders address matches'? I typed it in perfectly with both cards? So I had to wire them money, which cost me £32 on top of my order

Are research supply reputable? if so how long do thier orders normally take?

Ordered twice in the past month, both orders arrived within 6 days. I also used paypal.

Ok, that's a bit better!

You have to remember that research companies have a lot of business, sometimes more so than gear sources. The more popular ones have solid reputations. Just be a little patient. They will get to your order.

RLS is straight up. Like the others said, patience is key. Once they pick up funds you will get email. I pay them with W/U also.
