Split training . Whole body workouts are for guys in their first yr of training IMO, thats not to say it wont work though
Heres my 4 day split Day 1 Chest and tris ( for me this is Sat) Day 2 Back + squats right after Deadlifting (Sun) Day 3 off Day 4 Shoulders and bis (Tues) Day 5 Legs including calves (Wed) Day 6 off (Thurs) day 7 off (Fri) Im into powerlifting so its heay lower reps on( 3- 6 reps) Squat, Bench , Deadlifts, Shrugs,Rows, Leg press, hacksquats all the bb exercises i do with 8- 15 reps such as curls, hammer curls, dumbell press , cable pressdowns,dips,pecdeck etc etc Last edited by powerman; 08-08-2010 at 02:54 PM. |

I agree w/ supy. deffinately split it up. I do
mon. tris/ chest/core teus. bis/ shoulders/back wed. legs/core thurs.same as mon fri. same as teus sat off sun off heavy on mon, teus and wed |
