Assuming I'm reading your post correctly.
5x10ml = 5 vials.
1ml = 200mg.
1 vial = 2000mg(200mg/mlx10)
each vial contains 10 x 200mg doses.

so i can be clear 1-10ml vial contains 10 doses
5-vials is 50doses
at 1-ml per dose=200 mg per

if your dose is 200mg/ml, but if your cycle calls for 600mg per week. than 3ml is considered 1 dose.

each ml ( measurement on the syringe ) is 200 mgs, so if you want to do 600 mgs a week you would need to do 3 ml's, so 1 bottle will last 3 weeks with 1 ml left. i.e. 3 10 ml bottles will last 10 weeks. so you can inject 3 ml's once a week or do 1 ml , 3 times a week , its your call. If your a newbie , I recommend one shot a week it is so much easier.

HCG & testaplex C do i get special syringes OR 100 for $30 at the med store on line

I use 21x 1 1/2, you need to use one needle to draw with most of the time. than switch to a new one to inject with.

do some research on what you want to use, before you can get any help. research diet and nutrition. thats where all your goals are won or lost. research training, cause you have to train to get your to your goals. than research steroids to figure out which one you want to try. you also need to go to the intro section and post up your stats and goals.

This is a great thread - about the only thing I didn't feel strongly about after reading through the very extensive beginner's guide



Unless of course there's a part I missed, I might suggest another FAQ explaining how to calculate your order. For me, reading things like ie "I take a 40mg dbol tab" but only seeing them sold in 10mg tabs is confusing at first although easy enough to figure out when ordering by x100.

Still piecing together my first cycle thread, but is it uncommon to have leftover amounts of gear? It seems like buying paint to me - get a lil extra in case you fuck somethin up

you def want to get you extra on anything youre fixin to inject. cause you loose a little each time you pin with the changing of the needles, getting air bubbles out, etc. wish i knew that on my first cycle. i bought enough for exactly a 12 week cycle and only ended up having barely enough for 10 weeks.

Cheers, I'm looking at an 8 week cycle so hoping a normal 10 cc bottle will be enough. To be honest, some of this stuff is so much less that I was expecting to spend I wonder if the amounts aren't what I'm anticipating. Is is kosher here to post approximate prices if I have questions about something?

eh, only 10cc doesn't sound like it's going to be nearly enough. what are you fixin to run for a cycle? most will agree that 500mgs of test for 10-12 weeks is a good first cycle with maybe an oral as a kick start. you looking to do a bulker? at your height and weight i would suggest that. and when you are buying you some gear, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, so don't cheap out.

20mg/day dbol for 4 weeks
250/week Sustanon for 8 weeks
300/week Deca for 8 weeks

HcG for weeks 2-8 every 3rd day (was actually going to post about this) and then Nolva and Aromasin ( $$ ) for PCT


As far as getting what I pay for, I'm going through a main domestic vendor here, I'm unaware if there is anything else I can do to ensure high-quality. Thoughts are welcome

if you have bought the gear yet. put it either into Test or into Deca only, if money is an issue. Sust needs to be taken every other day, cause of the fast acting esters in it. the Deca dose should be at 400mg+ a week and Test needs to be at 500mg+ a week. my .02

I haven't bought the gear yet, and I'm not afraid to spend the money - I just was surprised the Aromasin was the most expensive item.


I've read the high-dose vs low-dose for first-timers and it seems people evenly go one way or the other. I chose the stack I did for two main reasons. First, I've seen that build recommended many places as a good beginner stack, including a few places on this site. The other is that its always been my experience with my body I don't always react well to bigger doses of drugs that others. Smoking, if I don't drink for awhile I'm a lightweight, hell the smallest amounts of dip make my head spin.

Having said that, I haven't made my final decision and have been looking at straight prop shots... but one of the things that made the sust appealing was the 4 different esters - didn't think it was a EOD thing

Sust is every other day because of the Prop in it. other wise your Test levels won't be stable. they'll be on an roller coaster ride. which you do not want.

the doses I suggested was beginner doses.
