Hello im new to the whole steroid stuff,i started my cycle a week ago,im useing Dbol oral only and i started 30mg of abol a day,now im up to 40mg a day for 2wks then i was thinking 50mg aday for 4 wks then back down to 40 mg a day for 2 wks im also takin milk thistle and cranberry, then once this cycle this done ill have 1 month off then look into an oral and injectable cycle.
Im eating healthy, lots of protein, i just drink alot of redbull If im doin owte wrong put me right, if i need to take owte esle tell me pls No flames pls !!!! |

Bad cycle I'm afraid. Sounds like 8 weeks of dbol?
Far too much. Dbol is 17 alpha alkalated which means its liver toxic. It should only be used for 4 weeks at a time. I suggest you come off, get yourself back together and start over. Stick to a basic cycle of an injectable test with dbol as a kicker for 4 weeks What are you doing for pct? |

Tbh i dont even know what pct yes it sounds dumb,Ive been goin gym for 4 months without roids, eating heathly and i didnt see much of a change so i asked my brother that is doin roids and he sed do a cylce of dbol for 9 wks and told me to get some milk thisle and cranberry so i did,i dont mind injectables and i can aford it ,but i dont like the idea of roid rage when i got a baby on the way lol,more info the better,i av been reading up on it everyday,so tell me what u think is best pls

My first cycle almost 10 years ago I got a standard cycle of test E -500 week Deca- 400 week eq- 400 week clomid nolva I bought that cycle then did half. Instead of 2 injections a week I did one. I did this to see how my body was going to react, sides etc. My suggestion would be to read all you can about beginner cycles, then research different sources in the VIP ratings area and make a sensible decision on what to take, plan it out, get all your PCT (post cycle therapy) get all your tools nescassary (needles, alcohol etc). with that type of planning you will be much happier with your results rather than grabbing a bunch of dbols and eatin 'em for 8 weeks. You can get everything you need right from this board. good luck bro!

Have you only been training for 4 months?
Lay out some stats for us Age, weight, height, bodyfat etc Layout your diet in detail as in exactly what you eat for each meal and then your training routine. If you don't know what pct is then you haven't done enough research. Don't listen to the gym guru's that tell you to pop this pill and that. 9 weeks on dbol is murder for your liver. Steroids are a tooll not the be all and end all. If you're diet and training aren't right, steroids will do nothing for you and if you do them wrong you'll damage your body. |

I plan eventually to cycle Test E for 10-12 weeks and thats it...then i can progress from that once i am aware of how my body reacts. Remember that your body is not just something that you can play with, its what you are and if you fC8k it up there may not be any going back from the problems that are caused if any. Hope that was ok to say being a bit of a noob, but im going to take the sensible route and learn before you start. Sam :-)

Bro go home and tell your brother he's a dumb ass don't take that the wrong way but you definitely need to do some more research about pct and cycles and deits all these guys on here are very helpful and nice. But drop the dbol lift more eat more protein 1.5 grams of protein per body weight up the carbs train. Then when you get all that down hit 12 weeks of test e at 500mgs and 40-50 mgs a day of dbol for 4 weeks followed with ars pct look for that in post. Cycle therapy
