Default Blood Results Need Advice

Its been 5 months since my last shot of test prop. Was taking 150mg Prop EOD. Got bloodwork done and here are my results:

Test Serum: 212 scale: 264-916
LH 3.7 scale: 1.7-8.6.
FSH 2.6 scale: 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 13.7 scale: 7.6-42.6

Im 30yrs old, been doing AAS for about 7 years now. Am i recovered is this just showing me i have low natural levels now due to my age and AAS usage or do i need to run another pct to try and get my LH and FSH levels higher to help increase total test? How high should LH and FSH be? Ive been debating on whether or not to just try and get on trt,With test levels below the scale it should be relatively easy. Any Advice would be appreciated.

If your last cycle was a long one then it can take a while for the testies to come back.. I would first and foremost talk to your doctor.. But if you're wanting to try and deal with it yourself first though, do a course of HCG and Nolvadex for 6 weeks. [email protected] 500-1000iu x3 Weekly, with 20mg's of Nolvadex everyday.

if it was me I would be looking into TRT or HRT.

If you don't have a desire to maintain your fertility then TRT is an option.
