195lbs 6 1" I have been lifting for a few yrs on and off and have gained alot of size over the years but I have platoued on a few aspects of my workout. I started dbol today (10mg 3x a day evenly spaced). I am also using Lipo black to help get rid of some of the water weight but I am eating at least 5000 calories a day along with 2 25g protein shakes and a casien shake before bed due to the calories I do lose using the thermogenic. I also take a pre workout n am on all the vitamins I think I should be on (mens 1daily, fish oil, milk thistle, prostate health, d3-400, and green tea extract) and along with protein after a work out I take l-glutamine powder. My problem is this, I have read thru alot of forums and read online a decent amount bu I am still confused about if I need a test booster on top of all this during the 4 week dbol cycle. Also I hear alot about nolvadex for pct but if i wasn't able to get it is anything that has about the same ingredients going to alright (post-cycle by power labs). Input wanted Idc if you leave dick head comments if there accurate and help. Thanks |

welcome to SW, TEST is king bro and is the base of any cycle period...500mg wk of any test will work great for any first timer. also need an anti-e i like a romasin, better to have this before you start...good luck

If it's not possible for me to do injectibles (which I hear is preferred on dbol) is a test booster like arimatest an alright substitute. N with the anti estrogen r u saying take it during (to prevent gyno) or after to get my natural levels of test back up?

if you cant do injectables then you really are wasting your time. there is no replacement for test. yes you run during cycle and post cycle, to prevent to much estrogen.do it right or get less than ideal results. with comprimise, comes questionable results. cant have it both ways

I appreciate it, I had everything but my pct but I got one ordered n on the way because I didn't realize how serious gyno was for even just 1 time cycles since I was only planning on usin an anti estr post cycle (with a legal test booster) I didn't think I had to worry during it. N I say legal cuz I'm in a situation where all steroids n a lot of supplements r banned for my job (I.e no injections)

if its the detection times hes worried about . test. suspension has a detection time of only tree to five days. d-bol has a detection time up to two months. i dont know if that helps or not. but like chisel said describe your situation a little in detail and people here can help you out . but they cant do it blindly. thats my opinion.

Dbol is banned but on just a 4 week cycle the gains won't be as dramatic, if I stacked it with injectable test n followed it with a hardcore roid the gains would be too big n I would be subject to blood tests. I'm hoping to gain 15 lbs over the month on it with the diet I'm on + the dbol so when I go home in a little over a month It looks like the hardwork I've already been puttin in payed off more.

It defiantly did help. I was skeptical asking ppl on a random site for help but after I flipped thru the site n read a bunch of threads I can see ppl do take their replies serious and are knowledgable. What I got out of all of this is if my looking for body builder type gains a lot more goes into a cycle than I Thot. But for a quick gain on a simple cycle then what I'm doing seems tone right. Only thing I really need to get on point is my pct to make sure my gains aren't just a quick show. For ppl who helped me on the thread your advice was very helpful, I'll post in a few weeks n let you know my progress n see if where I'm at makes sense for where I'm at in my cycle n the routine I've been on.

well see how that works for you, next cycle id recomend prop 125mgs eod. much less detection times, and in reality with proper diet n stong liftin routine, similar non-cycle gains are possible.i guess it comes down to what you consider overly noticable gains. goodluck bro, youll people here are the most helpfull around regardless. the more you inform us the we can help.

weighed in on Monday before the start of the cycle at 194.5 and weighed in today (friday) at 201.5lbs with the same outfit on. People have already commented saying i look a lot bigger already. The only problem i am having is with my abs, my top 4 have already begun to really take shape and stand out but my lower abs arent doing the same. Is that just the need for more cardio? ive been eating alot of calories but been doing it very healthy. Thanks again for the suggestions and help previously in the thread its obv helping.

what is your primary goal, to bulk or cut. you should focus on one or the other. to try to do both will only compromise your results bro. doing cardio while bulking is really counter productive.. which one is more important and go that routt, next cycle you can do the other....goodluck
