you can inject in yhe top of your leg. set down after your shower. clean off the spot with alchol pad. pinch the skin lightly an lift. insert the 29 or 30 guage insulin syringe at a 45 degree angle placing the needle just below the skin and inject. it is painless and fun. do it around your belly button the same way.
