Prop baking
Ok. Well I went ahead and baked some of my prop. baked at 250 degrees for 20 min. I also put the needle in there and clipped off the plastic.
After it was all said and done, i now have a perma hole in the rubber from the needle. how can i fix this without having the vial go to waste?

what size pin you use?
i use a 25g and the slight hole it leaves never bothers

swab it with alcohol put medical tape over the end and swab it everytime you use it.
That stopper is messed up I use 21 g for the suckers and it chews up the stopper after 25 sticks .

yes sir, or you can just get you an empty sealed vial and just transfer it

i use a 27 gage for a vent it workes fine but i still get gear accumulating at the top when i lay the vials flat so i just keep them upright at all times
