Lost VIP account?

Hi all,
I wanted to join your community but I've got a problem with my account. I emailed it to the admin 2 days ago but still with no answer. I will post the email here to describe my problem:

Hi.
Today, I have succesfully registered on your site as a VIP member. The right amount of money from my card has been taken and registering email was sent to me with login information.
But it doesn't work. When I try to login, it keeps telling me that my login or password is wrong. When I try to use a form for forgotten password, it says that user karamoras doesnt exist in the databse (and the same with my email). But it's not possible because it keeps sending me emails about my unsuccessfull login attempts.
Maybe it could be caused because I had created a previous account with the same name and email (but without VIP) before I created this VIP account and these two accounts may have been somehow merged together. And I don't remember password for this previous account.
Could you please help me?

I have the same problem. Puchased 1 month VIP access today and nothing, no reply by emal even. I may have to reverse the charges. Seems either a technical problem or scam.
