Anti E for Gyno Prone

Im planning to start a test-deca cycle here in a few months and i was wondering what anti e i should take to help keep the gyno at bay i was planning on taking adex but ive read it wont prevent prolactin/progesterone gyno that deca can cause? unfortunately Im gyno prone so i dont want to take any chances this cycle...Any suggestions on what i should take and how much? Also would like to try and keep water and acne down an well

prolactin you should use Caber or Dostinex.

estrogen you should use Aromasin.


I'm with Sideshow on running a good DHT like Primo, Mast, or Winny.

can you run 2 anti e during cycle one for prolactin amd one for estrogen or will that dry you up too much? Would i be better off running mast with one anti e for prolactin gyno? Would letro by itself prevent both types of gyno or only estrogen produced? I run aromasin in pct so i wanted to try and use something else on cycle

Aromasin is best for preventing esterogen related gyno. Letro is best for reversing gyno and will shut down your estrogen 100%. Caber or Dostinex is best for preventing prolactin gyno. you can run both Caber and Aromasin together. don't get the lesser versions of anti prolactin. they make most people feel like crap. my .02

You can try Prami, it's a cheaper and more widely available alternative to Caber. It works as a prolactin antagonist, BUT many people (myself included) get adverse sides from the Prami even at low doses. Caber E3D with a low daily dose of Aromasin is the best option IMO, it works well for me.

Has anyone tried taking b6 @ 200mgs 3x a day for prolactin issues? ive read articles stating its very effective at keepin gyno at bay

Im taking 200mgs 2x a day and im running Prop200mg EOD along with Tren Ace 75mg EOD. Just started yesterday so its too soon to let you know. Ill keep you posted.

Also running 50mg Winny ED, 50mg Prov ED.

I personally don't think this method works. either your gyno prone or your not. what was the compounds in your last cycle?

500mg test cyp and 400mg deca a week... my left nipple got really puffy but no hard lumps

well you definately can't narrow it down to you being estrogen or prolactin gyno prone lol

yea shity isnt it...I think it was from the deca i didnt add it into the cycle untill later but idk..... Anyway i was planning on playing it safe and i think im going to run caber and adex (i have 60ml of it laying around so id like to use it instead of ordering aromasin)... you can run these two compounds together right??? What would be a good dose for these? I was thinking .25mg adex a day and .5mg caber e3d... does this sound good?

sounds good. I personally think your issues came from the Test. my .02

dbol 50mg ed prop 100mg eod masterion 100mg eod eq 650mg week

if i dont take the masterion the gyno lets you know its there ,as soon as i take masterion it goes away,

i do have clomid and nolvadex but ive never used them since i started with masterion,helps with water retention.
