Removed profile public messaging.

I have removed the messaging system that allows you to leave public messages in a members profile.

I did this for two reasons.

1) People were messaging me, there's no notification that there's a new message, and I never check my profile for messages.

2) Some new guys aren't sure which one to use, and were sending messages that should have been private.

oh thank goodness. i knew something was wrong when i sent you a message admin. and a month later i got pms from 7 different board memebs. i found out quick that the system was not a private one. good call.

Honestly, I never knew about it till a couple months ago either, and I had messages from over a year ago in there.
