When posting for gear advice, please include the following information in your post. PLEASE MODERATORS MAKE THIS A STICKY IN THE FMALE FORUMN. i WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THKS U.R
stats. age, height and weight years training present diet and training regime past AS use and results goals. do you compete? which division? We dont take AAS use lightly, and we need basic information to better assist you. There are multi levels of experience here with AAS use, so be confident you are getting good information from our mods here. For Under the Radar:
I am 50 yrs. I am 5'6", my weight ranges fr.(comp>118, off season 127) I've been training 6-7 days a week, sngle body parts a day. I eat clean, the usual, meat, chicken, fish-tuna, talapia, egg whites, protein shakes. Carbs are mostly oat meal, yams, brown rice. Asparagus, brocoli, cauliflower, cukes. I do love my 1/2 peanut butter & honey sands. I just finished a 5 wk cycle of anavar, & I've been on a gel pack of androgel a day for 4-6 months give or take. Results are so so! I compete Figure, i've done 2 comps, started @ 48, placed 3 times, 2nd in national Qual. 3rd in Masters 4th in same show, Tall! So not so bad? I want 1st place! Anavar is a cutter, i can not for the life of me get legs! i really need vastus lateralis. I also have a shoulder injury that is recovering ( I'd like the " bowling ball shoulders, haven't been as successful as I'd like) I"ve had 3 back surgeries in 2 yrs. L-4 disc replacement< best thing ever!!! My friend is getting EQ/Test, i've read thats good for women in low dose's??? or is the anavar/anadrol better, what is anadrol? Or the Dianabol? What is the best stack for Figure, with thin legs and not great shoulders ( not bad, just not what I'd like. Thank You for your time as I have no one to turn to for advice and I am completely scared of ( my girlfriend had this happen) she grew a goat tee dude, not pretty! I do not want that man jaw of Jenn Hendershot either, so what is the least virilizing with the best results? completely confused, Amazing ![]()

Wow, terrific info, can't tell you how much I appreciate it!! OK, I have Bicipital Tendonitis that makes my ROM limited,( going to Phys Therapy, helping tons!) working through it anyway, went to the Doc 1st, gave me the shot For pain ( can't think of it now? I'm sure you know,LOL) Legs? heck I just have the worst time w/vastus lateralis??? I'm eating tons of red meat? The usual chicken, fish Talapia, flank steak, egg whites ( hate!!) do it anyway, I"m taking 2 days off a wk. Getting EQ, w/separate test (this is for my friend) I'm getting var/injectable, no idea on dosage for the EQ ( heard this was a good builder 4 women, but, NO DO NOT WANT MAN JAW, or facial hair? heard 50 mg a wk? u tell me Guru, lol. So I'm thinking EQ 1st, then follow w the Var, again not sure of dosage. As for the pic's hopefully i can leave my face out. Thanks again babe you know your stuff!!!! Thank You for getting back to me w/so much info! Really need a good leg routine! OK 4 some reason I can't get a pic posted??? Amazing |

U-R, I did read your dosage post...love that you know all this! I love this sport even though I'm uhm-uhm, over 45...well lets move on LOL! Anyway, legs, Smith machine Squats 3/12-15reps=40lbs-90lbs. leg extensions 3-4/12-15reps=50-90lbs leg press 3-4/12/reps=90-270 lbs Hack Squats ( hate these,do em anyway) 3/ 50lbs lying leg curls 3-4/12/rep @(k, this is where i suck) 40-55lbs sngl leg curls 3/20lbs Dead lifts 3/12 @ 40-60 lbs k, suck here 2! walking lunges a 10lb plate in ea. hand, 3sets/15-18 ea. step-ups w/glute/ham lift 10ea. 3/20reps Donkey kicks/long lever lifts/ 3/20reps Ok, that's the basic, and no I don't do them all in the same session ( although, tell the truth, I have a couple of times,yikes i know I won't grow like that) thats a very basic routine, as you can see, clearly I need help Guru! Seriously though, I appreciate, like you have no idea, that your taking the time to answer me. Oh and my back, as long as I don't push the weight to heavy on the leg press ( used to do 600lbs) my back is good. the disc was copletely removed and replaced w/titanium and polyurithane. and yes, the shoulder shot was Cortisone and litikcane! won't be able to do that again for a while.
