Wish I could take credit for this
My wife has been training her ass off But not at my gym
 she works there so she goes to a MMA gym here in town. The Sifu there started a bootcamp a few years ago....so this is what he's done to herhttp://www.usmaa.us/index.html Now right after the 3rd. bootcamp she started Anavar.....WOW!!! he's going to get some hella credit after the 4th. bootcamp pics hits. I have 35 bootcampers at my school you think she would of got w/ my program...she says I'm hard to work agound and train w/...whatever. Anyway sure am proud of her
