that ain't real...five real 45 lbs plates, no way. Did not even come close to sounding like 495 lbs hitting the rack. She may be strong but not that strong.

Fuck check out the youtube video of the guy benching 585 pounds for 23 reps. That guy looks way too small to be benching that much!!! If it is real damn how much do u guys he could bench for just one rep???

Im having a real hard time with this one too..I agree with Wetworks that would equate to close to 800 for a single .He couldnt have weighed more than 220 this would make him the best bench presser in the world and ive never seen him before..Bullshit..With a bench shirt hed be at close to 900 or better 4 times over body weight dont believe this for a second..The bar wasnt bending that much to indicate 585

Na id be suprised if it was 225!! Im not sure i dont know many big bench pressers around but the most ive ever witnessed with my own eyes was only 405 but the guy banged 10 reps with that on his last set with a tee shirt on.. He was maybe around 230lbs. He started off with two wheels on each side, banged ten, put 3 wheels, banged ten, than put four and banged 10 with not even a spotter. The ten with 405 looked just as easy as the first set. Not a bodybuilder, or a big powerlifter. Just a big guy around 6'3 230 maybe 235. I was more than impressed when i saw it and even the longer ive spent in the gym since i saw him do that still impresses me.

Yeah ive seen at least 10 different guys bench 5 plates for a couple reps and that bars bending pretty good..That bar was barely bending id say that was 275 tops..Id eat a nasty crack hos pussy on State and Madison (main intersection downtown Chicago)at high noon if that shit was real..Wheres Strength Legend to take a look at this.Hes a big powerliftin competitor who can tell you this is bull
