womens cycle?

does anyone have any info on a good cycle for a woman looking to gain some muscle mass ?shes 5 ft 5 11o cute figure but looking to get bigger

Stick with a little winstrol in my opinion. A proper diet and a little boost from winstrol will make a big difference. Some women get into things like test, and then you see problems!

I agree with admin...That test will ruin her feminin looks

Winny is a good choice...Something mild but effective also is Primo...Test has too many virilization issues...

Yeah primo and a couple others are alright. My main point, as Action and King both picked up, was stay away from test.

Since it does not aromatize wold be a good AAS for women?
I read that around 5 mgs daily will be enough for them.
Also, should they need to be in some kind of PCT or that's just for us guys?

Anavar's an excellent choice for women...It gan give them good strength gains and harden them up...Since Var is so mild, dosages can be higher...

No PCT required as they don't have to kickstart their HPTA into production again to stimulate their gonads! (Cause they have none!)...

Anavar 10-20mg would be a very good and safe bet. Winstrol another or some nandrolone decanoate. Honestly I am leaning more toward the Anavar I think this will allow for just enough lean muscle and look very feminine.

Okay since i actively train women in the bodybuilding/figure side. I would like to give you guys my understanding on certain compounds.

women and aas.......

test,winny,and primo,anavar can and will have negative effects on women. some more pronounced than others and some are irreversible.

test is a drug that is not a good choice unless you are a competitive side of it as the side effects are truely pronounce. but at this stage of the competition women have already made up their mine.

winny also has a very androgenic induced effect on women as well. while non competitive women get away with it. most dont and also suffer the same fate of having some serious side effects that can make the voice deeper and a holst of other negative issues.

primois by far the most effective for women on any level and can be used as high as 10-20mg per day. thats it. upside of this compound is that women will get a lifted libido and added lean muscle mass that will be permanent. it will also help aid in fatloss in stubborn areas. downside bad acne...be careful and watch it. it will turn a women from a beautiful swan to a ungly duckling.

anavar this drug has been the most successful of all compounds when some of my clients have been on it. it has the same or similar effects as primo just milder. why because its a oral and orals have a short life and with primo. it can stay in the body for some time and this will present a problem to women if they start to experience side effects.

note.. My theory is no test and possibly none of the others drugs that i have mentioned. given the fact that i have seen the nasty sides from all the drugs mentioned on women that i have encountered. SUCCESS.... Keep reading.....now the drugs that are not considered anabolic steroids are what i have seen most successful. and those compounds are clen,t3 and nolvadex. these conpounds do give great results in both shedding fat and being able to obtain some muscle mass(clen) since its is androgenic in women. just my two cents.

all in all all drugs have their upside and downside. and should be administered with great respect and a creful eye. U.R

Var is about the safest, but some women have had great results with low doses of test prop
