hey buds, i need some help here with some supplements i have. I have an assortment of things that are just laying around here that ive collected and i dont know how i should incorporate them to use them. Everything i list is what i have and any help would be appreciated. I dont know much about supplements other than aas lol so maybe you guys can help me out with some kind of daily plan of how and if i should be taking all of them.
200 tribulus pills dosed at 250mg bottle yohimbe fuel pills bottle of B6 pills 100mg bottle organic flax oil 1200mg pills bottle vitamin c 1000mg pills bottle of beta alanine powder 300g bottle of ZMA pills Prima force BCAA powder 500g |

na i appreciate any feedback. I just went through my gym bag and noticed the other day i have bottles and bottles of shit just laying around not being used. Im not going to be in pct mode anytime soon so im not sure if ill use them or not. Im going to start taking my vit c and b6 in the mornings again and possibly my bcaa's preworkout. The bcaa i have is junk though and dosent dissolve in any kind of liquid so its pretty rough to drink.

Take these ED:
bottle organic flax oil 1200mg pills (Take 4 w/ meals) bottle vitamin c 1000mg pills (take 2 w/meals) bottle of beta alanine powder 300g (google 4 dose) Prima force BCAA powder 500g (google 4 dose) Take during entire PCT: 200 tribulus pills dosed at 250mg (4 pills w/meals or 3 g/ed) bottle of ZMA pills (unknown dose...) bottle of B6 pills 100mg (2 pills w/meals) Take 1/2 hour b4 training: bottle yohimbe fuel pills (unknown dose, test your own tolerance for dose) I have to assume that you'll be doing PCT within, at most, 12 weeks (if you started cycle today...)? Regardless of expiration dates, you can take these supplements still. IDT you're old enough for TRT..?

Lmao no not ready for trt, and no pct anytime soon. Thanks for the info though, i hate for all of that stuff to go to waste. Is the tribulus only used for pct or what??? I think yohimbe is some kind of test booster also isnt it??

Yea, you wouldnt need to use tribulus or yohimbe on cycle. But just keep it on hand until you are ready for PCT, whenever that may be.

Youd have to take a whole bottle a day to get anything out of this scam Beta alinine and BCAAs are preworkout supps 30 mins befor session. ZMA should be taken before bed Organic flax is a healthy fat so couple times a day b6 and C id take in the morning upon awakening

Time and time again I see people recommending the use of Tribulus for boosting testosterone. Its a shame that people somehow still believe or want to believe this compound is worth spending any money on. Since this column is about the science, let’s see what’s out there. In a study done at the Human Performance Lab in NV the researchers found that “Supplementation with tribulus does not enhance body composition or exercise performance in resistance-trained males.” (1) The Swiss Laboratory for Doping Analyses did a short term study to see if using tribulus would effect the hormone levels of athletes who compete in drug tested events. (2) What were their findings? “The short-term treatment with Tribulus terrestris showed no impact on the endogenous testosterone metabolism of the two subjects.” Now I know what you are thinking, it was only two subjects, how about something with a bigger test group. No problem. How about 22 elite male Austrailian rugby athletes, certainly that’s a good group of people to test tribulus on.(3) By now you may have guessed that the outcome was not good. Specifically they found “no between-group differences were noted in the urinary T/E ratio. It was concluded that T. terrestris did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced within 5-28 days.” The results also backed up the Swiss Lab syud by finding that “T. terrestris did not alter the urinary T/E ratio and would not place an athlete at risk of testing positive based on the World Anti-Doping Agency’s urinary T/E ratio limit of 4:1.” The final nail in the coffin comes in this last study done in Bulgaria. (4) Neychev and Mitev from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the Medical University in Sofia Bulgaria tested tribulus in twenty-one healthy young 20-36 years old men with body weight ranging from 60 to 125 kg. They concluded “tribulus terrestris steroid saponins possess neither direct nor indirect androgen-increasing properties.” So what is the quick and easy take home message? If you are a man or women who wants to gain muscle, lose fat, increase testosterone or any other natural anabolic or androgenic hormones then DO NOT USE TRIBULUS! 1.The effects of Tribulus terrestris on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. The aphrodisiac herb Tribulus terrestris does not influence the androgen production in young men. Neychev VK, Mitev VI.
