Protein shots...
hey guys, do any of you drink the whey protein shots??? They come in a tube, so have 42g of protein in them. They are a very fast way to get protein, but im not sure how good they are.
Im not sure of the quality of them though, but im sure protein is better than no protein in a pinch.

rich as in expensive??? I think they are whey protein. They do taste pretty bad though, but you can drink them in a few sips. I made the mistake one time of putting them in the fridge. Wow that was bad. Talk about thick, it was almost like drinking jello LOL

yea i thought i was going to have to eat it with a spoon. Ive seen them on ebay and a few other places for reasonable pricing if you buy like a 16 pack, it ends up being about 2.50 per one, which isnt bad for 42g of protein. But yea there are way better deals out there with powders for sure.
Good to have around though just in case, like in a gym bag etc....

Mega like you said I keep a couple in my car for the just in case.... I use them whenever I haven't had enough pro. or if I am traveling and can't stop to eat. Not bad but they are expensive, very convenient.
