Is ON 100% whey gold standard a good protein to put on muscle or would u suggest something else

Optimum Nutrition makes a 100% casein as well. It's good for late at night.

I usually order from trueprotein.com but when I'm out, I go and buy ON whey. That is until a couple days ago. In Canada, ON whey is now $64.99 for a 5lb tub.
So I went with Ultimate Nutrition which was around the same price for 6.6lbs.
I'm going to order from trueprotein again shortly though.

bodybuilding.com has 10lb bags of ON whey for $79.99 and 5lb tubs are $42.99.

Default ON is a good choice
I personally like optimum's protein because it clearly states the Amino ratios and their ratios are where you want them. Many brands do not supply this info. I may be picky but thats just my opinion. Also its great tasting.
