Default Chocolate Banana flavor from trueprotein

I'm not a huge fan of banana, but don't mind it, but tried out this chocolate banana flavoring from trueprotein.com and it is damn good.
Mind you some of it may be because I've been using milk with it, but I use water PWO and it's still very good.

But with milk it is damn good.

Default Carbs?

I just received my first order from trueprotein, I have always bought all of my supplements from bodybuilding.com

I got 20lbs of different whey mixes and 16lbs of micellar casein.

They state that the powders have 0 carbs.

Is this true when the mixes are flavored?

All the protein I ordered is flavored and I need to make sure they are carb free.

I started a CKD yesterday so its important to know. So in a few days if Im not in ketosis yet I will know why.

I also have a ton of isopure zero carb and nectar. Bads has mentioned several times how good nectar is so I just assumed it was a high carb protein powder. Nope, 0 carbs 0 fat and it is some of the best tasting powder I have ever had.

yes zero carbs. The sweetener you picked will provide the 'sugar' taste.
I've used CKD for years, and majority of proteins on the market, inlcuding TP are almost no carbs.
