I looked at a few other threads... was curious what brands of supplements that you are taking to help with joint pain? I have taken CLA, glucosamine, etc. Do you all go with a brand name, or do you still with the generic?
I know that some of my issues are related to how fat I currently am. Once I begin to drop the weight, things will improve. However, my knees, elbows and shoulders hurt like hell when I get to hitting it hard (no AAS). I understand Deca is good for cushioning the joints due to the added "moisture" to the joints. Does this also bloat you due to the water retention in general? Thanks. |

According to my knowledge, you need to attend following supplements
Hyaluronic Acid, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Conditioning, Glucosamine |

I second that. I just had to rework my workout routine because of shoulder problems. No dumbbells for chest is my most major adjustment. As far as my shoulder workouts go I have switched to front cable raises, cable upright rows and cable face pulls (rear delt).
