Default Joint Pain

I looked at a few other threads... was curious what brands of supplements that you are taking to help with joint pain? I have taken CLA, glucosamine, etc. Do you all go with a brand name, or do you still with the generic?

I know that some of my issues are related to how fat I currently am. Once I begin to drop the weight, things will improve. However, my knees, elbows and shoulders hurt like hell when I get to hitting it hard (no AAS).

I understand Deca is good for cushioning the joints due to the added "moisture" to the joints. Does this also bloat you due to the water retention in general?

Thanks.

According to my knowledge, you need to attend following supplements
Hyaluronic Acid,
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM),
Conditioning,
Glucosamine

If you do accesory exercises/ single joint exercises ............stop doing them and stick to all the big multi joing ones for 3-4 months and you will see a GREAT difference.

I second that. I just had to rework my workout routine because of shoulder problems. No dumbbells for chest is my most major adjustment. As far as my shoulder workouts go I have switched to front cable raises, cable upright rows and cable face pulls (rear delt).

i have used me a ton of different glucosamine type products and this here has been the best i have used.

and yes deca will help with the joints but most will gain bloat from it as well. i only use deca for bulking.
