Best advice of the year!!!???

Bro's its been a good year. I have learned alot from you. I was wondering what was the best advice that you guys have received on here? It could be on gear, sources, training, or nutitrion. For exsample, I asked how to get my arms bigger and Shoulders told me to do German Volume Training and I fucking love it!!! Thought I new everything but I was wrong. German Volume Training has so improved my workout. What about you guy?

Absolutely without a doubt "TREN ACE"....I had heard about it before joining but didn't ever consider it and the beginning of this year I tryed it for the first time, I only did 50mg eod for 5 weeks and got kick-ass results, this spring ill go to 75mg eod for 5-6 weeks with test P and masteron, Id also like to thank a list of vets Cookiedough, Wetworks, Action, Powerman, Chiselmeat ,Crazed and admin you've helped me so much from reading older posts there's acouple others I'm sure I just can't recall of the top of my head. I also wanna thank Juiced, Pack, Powertop,Clay and a few others you know who you are, you guys allways make me laugh even when my real life might be alil rough and definitely stood by each other about -- the truth will eventually prevail, but yous weren't scared to speak up on an issue to help protect others from getting burned, I'm looking forward to another year with everyone and doing acouple killer cycles. Tren ace is the shit!!!! Its the only gear that does make me a little aggresive thou...I going have to look up melanotan...something else i have not heard about...and yea pack, wet, and chisel gives great advice along with everybody else you have metioned

Id say I learned you really need to trust your source, don't matter how many people on sites say GTG you have no idea who is behind them screen names ya know? And I also found from trial and error I don't need $100s of supplements a month I'm getting great results with a high calorie protein, real food and creatine, that's my body though everyone is different I'm just happy I've kinda settled the suppy issue allways wondering if I'm missing out on one, thanks to the SW board its great and I still am learning,

LOL I learned that I have never been happy with any Chinese transaction I have made ever. I have only bought vitamins from China, but every time (about 6) I have bought vitamins from China I felt like I got fucked over. I did everything in my power to stop it from happening, but I still felt like I got fucked/lied to. I will never buy vitamins from anyone who associates with China again.

NO WONDER why all the chinese are so fucking small, they are probably over there selling eachother fake food!! LOL

Besides that, I have learned too much on this forum to name any specific thing

I learned that otherwise law abiding people can get persecuted and prosecuted by LE for the healthiest hobby known to man. AAS users are the easiest targets and the simplest to prosecute b/c they aren't criminally minded and they break one law that only protects big pharma from making less profit.

I only got hgh from him and there is really no why to tell if it was/is good. I don't get ANY sides from it. But still all in all it was a bad transaction cause he promised me several times he was going to send me the "real" .cn hyges, while even telling me the .com.cn hyges were not the "real" ones. The dude then sent me .com.cn hyges lol.
