Vitamin B-12 Injections

Hey everyone, I have read this very informative article from freak on B12:

Do you have any suggestions on a dosage to take for Mon/thur injections and what gauge needle is necessary for these?

I got some recently but have not started using yet. With my particular brand they said to do 100mg one or two times a week. They sent me 25g 1/2 in on 1ml slin. I have no idea if this is right but its all i got.....

You can do B12 intramuscular or subq. That doesnt seem like a valid conversion to me usually B12 is taken 1000mcg which translates to 1mg not a 100.
