Hi, For anyone out there who has taken this product, what do you think about IGF-1, what is a good product of it and whats the best way to use it, i'm a track athelete and I do jumping and throwing events, your opinion would be freatly appreciated, thank you.

I have done IGF_1 long R3. I was underwelmed. It wont knock your socks off.

I agree, although i gained about 5lbs solid id like to see what it does in a cycle, so i have that planned next..
