What are you guys opinions on creatine and which one is best the powder mono or the pills I have both and wonder if I should take it when Im off

Im not a big fan of creatine... Too much water weight and dosent do enough to justify buying it.... If your going to do it powder is best although its not as convenient as pills
|

There are some that I really like. I do believe there's a placec for creatine. It's just tough finding a really good one that doesn' upset your stomach and give you sides.

The best creatine is powder in my experience. It just gives more noticeable results than the pills. I guess it gets absorbed better or something.. not too sure. The pills are only good if you are too busy to whip up a shake.

I dont love or hate it, I do use it in powder form, beverly international has got the best creatine on the market..

A little old topic maybe but I thought I throw in a dice.
Creatine is the only supplement I have ever used, still use and recomend warmly. Depending on what you use. A good creatine, I prefer to use before excersising. It gives me a tremendous energy gain, increases my strenght and above all, helps with recovery during training. There is tons out there, but there is very few thats really good. It does build up quite some water in your body, but thats ok. Powder gives you a lot more bang for the buck as well. But unless you shake it up, or do like me, mix with water and just suck it in. But I tell you, there are times I wish I had eaten horse shit instead of that:-) Good luck |

Ive used alot of it before,and sometimes use it still
just dont take it with glut amine they fight each other in your system. I took a sci lab ester of creatine and it was great ,alittle pricey but good. ATP will be very high ,lots of energy. Drink alot of water must do. One bad thing your gains go way down once you stop using it. Glutamine should be taken after work out space them far apart. |

I get absolutely nothing from it, possibly cause i eat lots of red meat or im one of the 20% that get nothing from it. Ive tried at least 20 different brakds over the yrs

My 2 cents,
Micronized creatine is best absorbed by the body. There is not really any clinical study for esterfication of creatine, or if creatine ethyl ester is better absorbed by the body. With that said, micronized creatine dosage is about 5g/day & would be taken within 30 mins PWO. You can also take creatine before WO, and do 2.5g before then 2.5g PWO. BCAA should be taken while working out, with a recovery drink, even better absorption with a recovery drink with some carbs in it. Glutamine I prefer to take within 15 mins of going to bed with 100% micellar casein shake of at least 25g of casein protein. Casein is slow digesting so it keeps Nitrogen up during the sleep phase. Do the hydro whey, or whey isolate, in the AM within 15 mins of waking. Then of course for vitamins: CLA is great if you want to burn more fat, multi-V like ADAM or Animal Pak, & Fish Oil with at least 600mg DHA for circulation & heart health. When "on cycle", liv-52 is great for keeping sides down & any unusual side pains, plus Lipid Stabil. I definitely recommend the Liv-52 at 3/day (tho you can take more as recommended on package) & Lipid Stabil to keep the good cholesterol in check. Again, this is just what seems to work best for me, & keep the upset stomach down from the creatine. If you have a better way, please let us know.

I took this some time ago the bottle is different but its the same,it worked for me ,but lots of water drink it 1.5 gallons aday easy and take your vitamins ![]() good question nice to see it |
