Interesting, what is the point? pass the beef please. I would rather eat my beaf than drink it. Maybe it would be good for on the run.

you need to learn how to cook. the art of cooking is a great skill to know 5 minutes on each side of a steak and you should be done.

I personally didn't like the advertisement. it was full of bull shit, cause it said it was more protein dense than Whey or Casein; it didn't have anymore protein than Whey or Casein. its worth a try, just for the issues if your getting bloat from Whey or Casein. if your not getting bloat than make your own protein from.

yea...so back to the original question fellas. We understand that nothing beats the real deal and that everything in walmart that is actually good for you is priced higher than the junk food, BUT.. the point is.. when your on the run you dont have time therefore we were asking about it, not why we should scrap it.

so it didnt have anymore protein than whey or casein but it clames to have more? Maybe it was stating in comparison to how your body actually utilizes the protein?

I would give it a try, but the only advantage I can see is from it not making you bloated. the price is higher than a custom made protein powder I get made.

my best advise is to get some high quality digestive enzymes to help digest the real food. I would try Carnivor for 6 weeks and if you don't see any drastic growth its bunk. my .02
