Universal Animal Flex
As I mentioned in my other supp post, I was taking Orange Triad, which is a multivitamin with joint support. Though a bit expensive, I felt it did a pretty good job on the joints.
But I've always been interested in Animal Flex. So when my Orange Triad was done, I said I I'd try Animal Flex for a few months to see how it was, as it's considered the best by many. The problem is it's quite expensive, so I went with NOW Adam for multivitamin, which is a high quality multi, and is one of the lowest priced multis on the market. I've been on Animal Flex for about two months now, and I haven't really noticed anything from the product. It usually takes a couple months to start working, but I was on Orange Triad not too long before this. I bought six months worth so I will see how it goes. But at this time, Orange Triad seemed to give better joint support than Animal Flex, for me. Of course there are some who have probably tried both and would say the opposite, everyone is different. Lastly, it could also be that my knees are simply getting worse, and I just can't tell the Animal Flex is helping. Thought I'd share.

I have been using Anavite multi vit and universal animal flex for a couple of months now. I love the anavite but also I am not sure about the animal flex. I does have great reviews though.
