Hey guys, I just started ECA again. Started the past two days taking 3 to 4 pills at 8 mgs each. Wasn't the usual dose that came in Stackers and Stackers 2, 25 mgs a day, or was that per a serving?
Was it two servings a day or three that it said to take?
I have been cycling T3 and Clen so long I can't remember the proper dosage since I am having to buy the Ephedrine, aspirin, and caffine seperate.

25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 81-162 mg of Aspirin is consumed in a single dose. I lowered the recommended aspirin dose from 325 mg b/c I've read many opinions stating that's unnecessary.

Number of servings is up 2 you. I do know that it's not prudent to take after 3 p.m. unless you don't value sleeping

I take 30mgs ephedrine, and 200mgs caffeine, twice a day.
I try to stop before noon so I can sleep, but I haven't been sleeping good anyways.
Three a day is ideal if you can squeeze it in. If you have problems sleeping, drop it to two.

Sorry Koa , was only putting that site up so that you could see them...............not meaning to purchase from it. ...... but if you do a search on the net they sell these things on loads of sites

Nope, he should say in his posts that he's an approved source. He's a friend of Admin's, but not listed on the sources list that I've seen. We went through this a few months ago when many people jumped on him for the same type of "shameless" plug. Seriously.

Legit and approved are not the same. Check out his posts to read up on comments b/c I think he had good feedback but I've not tried anything from them and cannot comment good/bad.
